Who we are and why we write about SharkRoll
We are an independent information site about SharkRoll, written in British English for readers who mostly play on a phone. The casino runs the games, the accounts and the payouts; our work is to explain it in plain words, so that bonuses, payments and the mobile site make sense before a first deposit.
Some links on our pages may be commercial (affiliate) links; they never change what we write. Each guide opens with its answer and keeps the detail in short sections and tables, so the first screen on a small display already helps.

Questions about our pages
A correction, a gap in a guide or general feedback reaches us through the contact form described on our Contact page. Naming the page and the line you mean lets us check the point against our facts the same day we read it.
Questions about a casino account
Login, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and verification belong to the casino's own support, by live chat or its contact form. The casino holds the records for each account, so its support team is the one that can look into a request and answer it.
SharkRoll at a glance
A few facts about the casino frame everything else we cover:
- slots and live tables come from more than 30 game providers;
- the casino runs in English, and registration asks for an e-mail address, a password and the account currency;
- play happens on a mobile-optimised website in the phone browser, because the casino has no native app;
- players must be 18 or older;
- two-factor authentication can be switched on for an account;
- live chat and a contact form are the casino's support channels.
What our guides cover
Each topic has a page of its own:
- Welcome offers: the deposit ladder, wagering and the "Play Without Bonus" choice.
- Payments: card, Apple Pay and crypto deposits, and how withdrawals work.
- Mobile play: the browser site on a small screen, from sign-in to cashier.
- Registration: the fields asked at sign-up and what happens before a first withdrawal.
- Safer play: the limits and breaks the casino offers, plus independent UK helplines.
Who stands behind this site
In short, we are:
- an independent information team that works for readers, not for the operator;
- a reference service for questions about our own pages, from a figure that looks dated to a section that reads badly on a phone;
- a team that leaves accounts, withdrawals and bonus disputes with the casino's support, because that is where the records are.
How our pages are put together
Every page follows the same routine:
- facts come from one checked set of brand facts and from nothing else;
- only figures that hold up against that set reach a page, and each amount appears as the casino states it, in USD;
- when a fact changes, every page that uses it is updated in the same round, so two pages never quote two versions of one rule;
- a new guide starts from the questions a UK player has on a phone and adds sections only when they say something the page has not said yet.
Where safer play fits
We treat gambling as paid entertainment, never as a way to earn money or win back losses. Our responsible gambling page sets out the limits, breaks and self-exclusion the casino offers in the account settings, and lists independent help for UK readers who feel play is getting out of hand. The National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 is open around the clock.
