How we handle your information
What does an information site about SharkRoll know about you? Very little: we publish guides, so the data we hold is limited to contact messages and anonymous visit statistics. Balances, deposits and identity documents belong to the casino and sit in its systems. This policy covers only our own pages; the casino's privacy terms cover everything you give the casino.
Cookies and analytics in brief
Essential cookies
A few cookies keep our pages working and remember choices such as consent settings, so that the banner does not return on every page.
Analytics
Analytics tools count visits and show which guides are read, in aggregated form. Our cookie policy explains the types we use and how to switch them off in a phone browser.
Information we may collect
When you write to us via our contact form, we receive your name or nickname, the reply address you give and the text of your message. Our analytics also record technical details such as device type, browser and pages viewed, without identifying you by name. Messages should stay on the subject of our pages: a message about a casino account belongs with the casino's own support.
Who receives information
Information goes to few places, and each one has a clear reason:
| Recipient | Reason |
|---|---|
| Hosting and analytics providers | Running the site and measuring visits |
| Affiliate partners | A commercial (affiliate) link can tell the partner that a visit came from us |
| The casino and other external sites | Their own privacy terms apply once you leave our pages |
| Our editorial team | Reading and answering the messages you send through the contact form |
Your rights
UK readers may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold, object to its use or withdraw consent at any time. Send the request through our contact form and name the message or visit it concerns. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commission (ICO), 4th Floor, No.3 Circle Square, 5 Hawkshaw Street, Manchester M1 7BL, helpline 0303 123 1113.
How we use information
Contact messages are used to reply and to fix the pages they point to. Analytics data helps us see which guides need work and which read badly on a phone. Consent records show which cookies you accepted. Personal data is used for these purposes only and passes to no buyer; the recipients above are the whole list.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept while a conversation is open and for a reasonable time afterwards, in case a correction comes back to the same point, and are then deleted. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form. A document sent to us by mistake is removed, and the sender is pointed to the casino's own support, which handles identity checks.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we publish the updated version and change the date below. Significant changes are also flagged at the top of the policy for a while. Continuing to use our pages after a change means the new version applies.
